Procedures

1. Governmental Projects
   Government sector projects can receive 100% of the required loan from the EBRD.
2. Private Sector Projects
   Large private sector projects can receive 35% of the required loan from the EBRD.
3. Required Upfront Deposit Fees
   1. Private Sector Clients: £15,000 (deducted later from the 6% success fee).
   1. Public Sector Clients: £150,000 (deducted later from the 6% success fee).
4. Loan File Representation
   The loan file will include the name of the British company as the international consultant responsible for preparing, supporting, and following up the loan application with the EBRD.
5. Success Fee Declaration
   Clients sign a declaration confirming their responsibility to pay the 6% success fee to the British company within one week of receiving the approved loan.
   1. A 10% monthly charge applies to delays in payment.
6. Client Documentation
   Clients must provide all required documents for the EBRD loan process.
7. Compliance
   Clients must strictly follow all EBRD policies and requirements.
8. Company License
   The British company will provide a copy of its license to be included in the loan documentation.
9. Contract Signing
   A formal contract will be signed between the clients and the Executive Chairman of the British company after the Fee Deposit is paid.
10. London Office Meeting
    The company is pleased to sign the contract at its London office after the Fee Deposit has been paid.
11. Receipt of Deposit
    Clients will receive an official receipt for the paid Fee Deposit.
12. No Meetings Prior to Deposit
    No meetings will be held at the London office before the deposit is paid

NOTE: Deposit Fee Policy (Non-Refundable)

The Deposit Fee paid by the client is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including after submitting the loan application or before/after the EBRD decision.

Payment Terms

The total payment for each medicine deal must be paid in full (100%) upfront within 10 days of signing the contract.

For Supplement Food exports, payment terms are as follows:

75% upfront upon signing the contract.The remaining 25% to be paid in equal monthly installments over one year, without any banking interest.

Delivery Policies
• FOB from the company office in London.
Clients can collect goods directly from Heathrow Airport, London at no extra cost.
• CIF Delivery (£2.5 per unit):
For clients who prefer goods delivered to their home country’s port/airport, we arrange international shipping and insurance for a flat rate of £2.5 per unit.
• Transparency & Flexibility:
All costs and responsibilities are clearly defined in the contract. Clients are free to choose the option that best suits their logistics capacity.

Client Rights
1. Repeat Deals:
Clients have the right to repeat new orders within one year, provided all payments for the previous deal have been completed.
2. Product Choice:
Clients may request specific products by sending us the product names and pictures. We will source and supply them in a short time frame.
3. Fair & Reliable Partnership:
All deals are protected by written contracts, ensuring fairness, transparency, and mutual trust.

The clients have the rights to send the name and pictures of the products are required to prepare the deal.

Clients have three options:

1. They can sign the contract at our company office in London and wait to travel with the shipment.
2. They can send a representative on their behalf.
3. They can sign the contract online.
